Have no fear, RATs workouts are designed for every ability level to practice multi-sport in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. For those hesitant, know that there will always be a coach, coordinator, or an experienced triathlete onsite to help. Please identify yourself at check-in and one of us will gladly assist you. No need a fancy bike either - what you have will be just fine (bring a helmet). We all started somewhere and this is how we give back to the sport we love.
Sundays @ Durand Eastman Beach (8am-10am)
A simulated sprint distance group workout with a secured transition area including bike racks and all summer long on the ROC Triathlon course at Lake Ontario. (see course details)
Workout begins May 4th!
Note: Workout subject to change to RBR based on water conditions and we will not swim until the water temps reaches 60 degrees.
Tuesdays @ Mendon Ponds Park (6:30pm-8:00pm)
A simulated Duathlon format with a secured transition area for the bikes. The group workout begins with a 2-mile run, a 10-mile bike (2 loops), and a 2-mile run to the finish. (see course details)

Thursdays @ Durand Eastman Beach (6:30pm-8:00pm)
Group swim on our buoy-line in a safe open-water environment on the Lake Ontario shoreline.
Workout typically begins early/mid-June (depending water temp)
