For those hesitant to try one, know that there will always be a coach, coordinator, or and experienced triathlete onsite to help you. You do not need a fancy bike - what you have will be just fine. Sundays @ Durand Eastman Beach (8am)
A simulated sprint distance group workout with a secured transition area including bike racks and all summer long on the ROC Triathlon course at Lake Ontario. (see course details)
Tuesdays @ Mendon Ponds Park (6:30pm)
A simulated Duathlon format with a secured transition area for the bikes. The group workout begins with a 2-mile run, a 10-mile bike (2 loops), and a 2-mile run to the finish.
Thursdays @ Durand Eastman Beach (6:30pm)
Group swim in a safe open-water environment on the Lake Ontario shoreline. Your choice of 1/2-mile or 1-mile swim on the buoy-line.
